Take a walk in the forest.

Forbes says living near a forest will make you happier.

After living in more of a city/urban vibe and moving to a “foresty” area, I can attest that I feel significantly happier on a day to day basis.

There’s something peaceful about hearing the wind through the trees and the abundance of life outside of our human life.

A walk in the forest is a reminder of how small we actually are.

Not to be mistaken for importance. You are important. There has never been and never will be another human like you.

The forest helps remove yourself and your thoughts from the center of your existence. For whatever peak or valley you find yourself in today, always remember…

Without the struggles in life, the good parts of life would have no meaning.
